I think it's a great move. I'm not sure what an ArenaNet Support Liaison does other than liase with support as a final judge. But I do see how much time and effort Gaile puts in and I want to thank her for the passion she has for the game and community.

People may not agree with everything she has said or done, but one cannot doubt that the game would be far poorer without her input, purple text and work full on, all hours of the day.

All the best in your new role.

PS. I very much doubt it's an April fool. First of all it's not 1st April and one does not normally announce things like this then go yah boo fooled you.
